Why "Sweet Potato Pie"?

I used to call Kayla "Pumpkin" as a term of endearment. One day she asked me why, and I told her it was just a way of referring to her without saying her name. She didn't like it. To be silly I began to use different fruits and veggies to call her, and "Sweet Potato" morphed into "Sweet Potato Pie". Now it is the way I refer to all three girls. Like most of the wonderful things in my life, it all started with Kayla.
